Most messages get a reply within two working days. Press requests on a tight deadline usually get a same-day response if we possibly can. Longer editorial conversations may take a little more, but you will hear back.
Do you accept guest contributions or pitches?
Yes, on a small and considered basis. We work with writers who have lived household experience and a calm, non-shaming voice. Use the form with subject "Editorial pitch" and share a short outline plus a sentence about your household.
I spotted a mistake in an article. How do I report it?
Send a note via the form with subject "Correction or update" and include the article URL, the exact line, and the correction. We review every report and update the article the same week if needed. Material corrections are noted at the bottom of the article.
Do you offer paid partnerships or sponsorships?
Rarely, and only when the brand's values match ours. We never accept payment to insert a product into an article, and we never let a sponsor change our wording. If you would like to talk, use the form with subject "Partnership inquiry".
